Our editorial standard is practical: a page should help a reader make a better equipment decision than a product listing or a generic checklist can support. Each guide starts with the job constraint, identifies the specifications that change the decision, and keeps unresolved facts visible.
Sources and claims
Exact dimensions, capacities, compatibility statements and maintenance requirements are checked against current manufacturer documents or other primary technical sources whenever they are available. A retailer page may confirm an offer or a listed configuration, but it does not override the manufacturer for technical limits. Calculations state their inputs and should be treated as planning estimates unless a source explicitly supports a guaranteed result.
Comparisons and recommendations
We compare equipment against a defined use case rather than declaring a universal winner. Important tradeoffs, missing specifications and service questions stay in the decision even when that makes the answer less tidy. Safety boundaries are not converted into product recommendations.
Corrections and updates
When a material specification, source or product status changes, the affected conclusion is reviewed rather than patched in isolation. Substantive corrections should change the recommendation or uncertainty statement wherever the old fact was used.
Commercial independence
A future commercial relationship may affect how the site earns revenue, but it will not be allowed to supply missing technical evidence or determine the order of editorial conclusions. Commercial links, if introduced, will be disclosed.
